The benchmark data for SHM are in Matlab *.MAT files (version 7). A BEAM STRUCTURE WITH ENVIRONMENTAL AND OPERATIONAL CHANGES spring_beam.zip includes a folder spring_beam, which includes 100 files acc_xxx.mat. These are time series from 47 accelerometers with 2859 samples. The variable is y(47x2859). Measurements 1-50 undamaged, 51-60 damage 1, 61-70 damage 2, 71-80 damage 3, 81-90 damage 4, 91-100 damage 5. A BEAM WITH A NON-LINEAR BREATHING CRACK breathing_crack_with_noise.zip includes a folder breathing_crack_with_noise, which includes 7 files crack_xxmm.mat. Each file has two variables acc_top and acc_bottom, which are 12 measurements (4001 samples each) from 15 accelerometers. Measurements 1-10 (samples 1-40010) are undamaged, measurements 11-12 (samples 40011-48012) are damaged. In each file, measurements 1-10 are the same, only measurements 11-12 vary due to different crack lengths. Notice that the time series are not continuous between measurements. MOVING LOADS ON A BEAM, MODELLING TRAFFIC ON A BRIDGE Folder traffic includes one file, traffic_30s.mat. The file hase variable data, which are 26 measurements (3000 samples each) from 98 accelerometers data(98x78000). Measurements 1-20 (samples 1-60000) are undamaged, measurements 21-22 (samples 60001-66000) damage 1, measurements 23-24 (samples 66001-72000) damage 2, and measurements 25-26 (samples 72001-78000) damage 3. Notice that the time series are not continuous between measurements. Each measurement starts with zero initial conditions and a single car entering the bridge. WOODEN BRIDGE WITH ENVIRONMENTAL INFLUENCES Folder wooden_bridge includes experimental data of bridge monitoring in the laboratory. The data are identified natural frequencies and complex mode shapes. The data show environmental influences and damage due to added point masses of different magnitudes. Further information in the folder wooden_bridge.
